Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST should ship the same day and received within 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

So you bought some of our adorable items, and can't wait to get them? Our Oliver Grace staff will do our utmost to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We proudly ship all orders from the US. Most orders are even hand packed and shipped right from our warehouse in Hampstead, MD.  

Oliver Grace ships packages to all 50 states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and to most International destinations.   

Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays & weekends).

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $35.00 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. (Some additional restrictions may apply).
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.   

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information. 

Standard US Shipping

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance. 

Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.    

International Shipping 

We currently offer USPS First Class International and Priority Mail International. We have selected this method of shipping because they are the most swift and secure for our International shoppers.  

Our standard International shipping typically takes about 7-21* business days. This does not include our standard processing time, which may be lengthened if your order includes a custom made item etc. All International orders ship complete. (Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time). 

International orders may incur an additional shipping charge such as customs or VAT charges. We are not responsible to pay these fees. 

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within (1) one business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day. 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Oliver Grace is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
